Mint Green Antique Chair

The other day we were at an Estate sale, my favorite place to be!!!!  And I came across this old antique chair, I thought it was so cute and had so much potential!!!  So I scooped it up and began working on it.  I wanted to try something different for the paint.

I began by mixing our Chalk Powder with some Gray latex paint.  I brushed the gray paint on to all the wood surfaces.  After the gray dried.  I used a light blue/green color paint and lightly brushed it on and wiped it off.  It created this ash wood look that I really loved!  I think it turned out pretty cute, what do you think?
